Internships

The internship program is designed to provide opportunities for students to gain experience and practical knowledge about politics, public administration and political communication.

Students interested in internships should set up an appointment with Dr. Jayme Renfro, the department’s Internship Coordinator. Intern assignments are made after consultations among the intern, the prospective employer and the Intern Coordinator.
