UNI’s Kinesiology and Exercise Science majors are routinely accepted into chiropractic graduate schools
Going to UNI was one of the best choices I have ever made. All of the faculty and staff in the exercise science program make you feel welcomed and at home. You get to know them on a personal level and they truly want you to meet and exceed all of your dreams and goals. After graduation I knew that I had a ton of people who were in my corner for the rest of my life. Being able to participate in undergraduate research helped me in graduate school and professionally. It is awesome that students have the opportunity to publish research before even leaving UNI!

Chiropractic Partnerships
The Department of Kinesiology & Athletic Training has a partnership with Palmer College of Chiropractic and Cleveland Chiropractic College.
Students will complete three years at UNI, meeting UNI's liberal arts core requirements, Department of Kinesiology & Athletic Training foundational science courses and the chiropractic school's prerequisites. Students will then complete one year at Cleveland University chiropractic school. At the end of the four years, students will be awarded a B.A. in Kinesiology from UNI. The student can then complete the three additional years of required chiropractic coursework to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from the cooperating program.
