R. Lane Forsman, Ph.D, LCSW

Dr. Forsman has experience across the practice spectrums of social work. As a direct practitioner they have worked as a substance use counselor, an Assertive Community Treatment mental health professional, and an individual therapist utilizing motivational interviewing. As a policy practitioner, Dr. Forsman worked for the Institute for Justice Research and Development on Smart Decarceration and reintegration for individuals released from prison.
