Previous Experience/Background

I have served in the Iowa Army National Guard for 19 years as an Infantry Officer. I have served active duty for the Iowa National Guard for 9 of those 19 years. Most recently I was the Executive Officer for the 1-133 Infantry Battalion where I managed Operations, Human Resources, and Logistics for 719 personnel. 

What brought you to UNI? 

As a former Panther, I was delighted to receive the assignment by the Army to give back to UNI and continue to build future Army Leaders that are grown in the Panther Values and Ethics. 

What are your interests? 

I have been working on my master in Military Strategic Studies through the U.S. Army’s War College. I enjoy leading Soldiers and building future leaders to shepherd America’s sons and daughters. 

Anything else you'd like to share with your colleagues? 

I am excited to get to know the team within CSBS and I am especially excited to find ways that ROTC can be value added to UNI and CSBS!
