We welcome back University of Northern Iowa History alum, Professor Gene Morales, as part of our Phi Alpha Theta lecture series. Professor Morales will present: "La Raza Week '68 & the Origins of Hispanic Heritage Month".
Prof. Morales completed his undergraduate degree at UNI in 2011; he is now Assistant Professor of History at El Paso Community College.
This lecture is funded by the Senate Speakers Fund, the Class of 1957 Fund, Political Science, Languages & Literatures, and History Departments.
