"In high school, I feel like I kind of always knew that the medical route was where I wanted to go. I loved the idea of helping people, and nursing is really where you get to interact with the patients and build a relationship with them, which was really important for me. I actually transferred in to UNI's program once it started and I think the main thing that really got me is I love the small class sizes, and I really loved the idea of the integrated classroom, where we get to learn a skill and then go in and practice it."
